About the Program

Rush Pick-up is a program designed for Alaska Rush players who would like to get more touches on the ball in a coaching free, game like environment. Alaska Rush Directors and Coaches are on hand to help organize teams, and jump in and play, but very little coaching, if any at all, occurs. It's an opportunity for players to experiment and take chances, without the fear of consequences.

Divisions & Schedules: 

The Fall 2012 and Winter 2013 Rush Pick-up sessions will take place on Saturdays at theTanglewood Dome commencing October 6, 2012 and concluding for the season on May 11, 2013 in Tanglewood and May 25, 2013 on Lloyd Steele Park. The Summer 2013 F.A.S.T. sessions will take place on Friday mornings at Lloyd Steele Park commencing June 7, 2013 and concluding for the season on July 27, 2013.

  • Rush Pick-up (Seniors): 9:00-10:00am
  • Rush Pick-up (Youth): 10:00-11:00am
  • Rush Pick-up (Juniors): 11:00am-12:00pm
