Development - EIP
The Early Identification Program (EIP) is a program that identifies those elite players at an early age and assists in their development to achieve their full potential. These players are the best of the best when it comes to playing the game, work ethics, and overall achievements academically. The EIP's goal is to place these players on Rush Select teams that compete at the highest level. To push their abilities while maintaining balance between family and passion for the game.
Rush is proud of its traditions of taking young and talented players to the next level. Some of the players that the club has helped grow and develop are now part of our national or professional teams in the country and/or around the world such as Aleisha Cramer, Wes Hart, Mark Lisi, and Connor Casey to name a few.
