Alaska Airlines Cup - Credentials Check

Credentials check will be held 6:30 - 8:30pm on Wednesday, May 29, in the ballroom at the:
Millenium Hotel
4800 Spenard Road, Anchorage

Team Managers be prepared with:
- Current US Soccer or US Club Soccer Player Passes (Teams without proper Player Passes will forfeit their games)
- 6 copies of the official roster
- A copy of each rostered player's birth certificate
- A signed medical release form for each rostered player
Managers will pick up programs, game schedules, Ina K Medal, pre-purchased tournament T-shirts and Sweatshirts, tournament pins and other FREE items. "Tournament Wristbands" good for Arcade Games and Activities plus Discounts for local merchants/sponsors can be purchased at this time as well.
Please Note: Managers unable to make this Credentials Check must check-in their teams at the Field Headquarters at least (1) hour before their first match. U11s and U12s at Dela Vega; U13 and older at Kincaid Chalet.
