Alaska Champions LeagueAbout the Alaska Champions League

The Alaska Champions League (ACL) is the leading elite-level soccer league for high school, collegiate, and adult male players based in Anchorage, Alaska and its surrounding areas. As an associate member of Alaska Youth Soccer, this competitive league aims to offer a higher-level of competition for soccer players and teams looking to play a truer version of the game during the winter months while preparing for the high school season, the summer season, and tournaments out of state.

DIVISIONS & SCHEDULES:
The Alaska Champions League is a 9-a-side league for male soccer players. The Fall 2013 version of the league runs from the beginning of October to the middle of December while the Winter 2014 version of the league runs from the beginning of January to the end of February. Each 10-game schedule that offers a game once a week (unless otherwise noted).

Please Note: Fixtures are subject to change. Teams/Players will be notified at least two weeks in advance to any scheduling change. 

AGES & ROSTERS:
The Alaska Champions League - Men's Open is a league which is specifically designed for male soccer players born on or before July 31, 1999. 

All players rostered must provide proof of age with either a Birth Certificate or Driver's License upon completion of registration to recieve Player Passes. Any member of the roster who isn't a member of Alaska Youth Soccer and hasn't completed the USYS Membership Form must pay an additional $25 to qualify under the Alaska Youth Soccer liability insurance. Upon receipt of the required documentation, Official Rosters and Player Passes will be issued to the teams by the Alaska Champions League.

Regarding Roster Sizes, teams competing in the Alaska Champions League must have a minimum of 11 players and no more than a maximum of 22 players on the roster for league play. Additionally, players may also be rostered with up to three teams.

COST:
The Alaska Champions League - Fall 2013 Registration Fee TBD per 10-game season, which runs from September 30 - December 21, 2013.

Please Note: Notice of registration for the Alaska Champions League must be completed by Friday, September 20, 2013 for the Fall 2013 Season and Friday, December 20, 2013 for the Winter 2014 Season.

The Alaska Champions League - Fall 2013 Regsitration Fee must be paid in full by September 30, 2013; otherwise, teams deliquent with their Registration Fee will forfeit any games scheduled thereafter until the outstanding balance has been collected. Additionally, any players registered to a team with an outstanding balance may be subject to the Alaska Youth Soccer No Pay/No Play list.

Please Note: Any team paying the FULL Registration Fee by September 1, 2013 will receive a $150 reward back on their Fall 2013 Registration Fee.

The Alaska Champions League - Winter 2014 Regsitration Fee must be paid in full by January 3, 2014; otherwise, teams deliquent with their Registration Fee will forfeit any games scheduled thereafter until the outstanding balance has been collected. Additionally, any players registered to a team with an outstanding balance may be subject to the Alaska Youth Soccer No Pay/No Play list.

REFUND POLICY:

The Alaska Champions League expects its participants to be extremely satisfied with the operations of the league. However, we also understand that certain situations may arise and the Alaska Champions League cannot always accommodate everyone's needs. In every program there are initial setup costs and administration fees in order to assist in making it successful and run smoothly. For this reason, the Alaska Champions League has developed the following the refund policy:

Anytime up to two weeks prior to the first game of the season: 100% Refunded 

Two weeks or less prior to the first game of the season: 50% Refunded

From the start of first game of the season onwards: 0% Refunded
